Thursday 27 June, our debaters took on Wentworth Falls Lake Public School in Round 2 of the Premiers Debating Challenge. Hazelbrook Public School presented the negative argument for the statement 'Primary schools should have compulsory sport competitions on the weekends'. After a very long deliberation from the adjudicator, hazelbrook Public School won yet again!
We are so proud of our debating team for their fearlessness, ability to listen and construct responses under pressure and support each other to be a powerhouse. Thank you to Mr McDonald for your coaching and leadership.
Our next debate will be against Lawson Public School and we are ready!
